Why I Recommend Adsense Gold
Yesterday I went to the theater at a local mall with "second run" movies. (I'm really not interested in spending a lot of money for anything.)
I saw "The Chronicles of Narnia" from a book by C.S. Lewis and "Good Night and Good Luck" about the reporting of Edward R. Murrow concerning the Communist hunting abuses by Senator Joseph McCarthy. This morning I checked my AdSense earnings for yesterday and found I earned a bit over $93. Not quite the $130-$140 range of the past few days, but still pretty good.
Yes, you've probably all tried AdSense. But, are you able to learn which of your websites are producing the most AdSense clicks? And, are you able to learn which pages and what search terms are producing those clicks?
Frankly, I was amazed when I learned which site was getting the most AdSense ad clicks. It wasn't the site I was spending most of my time developing.
So, I immediately began looking more closely at this "super AdSense" site.
The following statistics about that site are NOT from Google AdSense.
The left column shows the search term used to find my site. The "clicks" column shows the number of AdSense ad clicks I got from the people who saw my site using that search term.
Notice the right hand column, "ctr". This is the percentage of visitors using that keyword search phrase who clicked on an AdSense ad. Notice that a number of pages have AdSense ad click through rates over 40%. That means that more than 4 out of 10 people using that search phrase to come to my site will click an AdSense ad.
Once I learned what search terms were producing the highest percentage of AdSense ad clicks, I added links to the pages related to those search terms on my main page. This helps place the pages related to those search phrases even higher in the search engines--which means I'll get even more visitors and more AdSense ad clicks.
Since I'm using the Website Generation System I can easily update the main page, and, if I want, even add links to the high AdSense ad click through pages on my HTML prototype page so every page on my site will point to those pages.
